Check-in is usually available from 2.30pm on the afternoon of arrival.
We request check-out by 10.30am on the morning of departure.
Can-Y-Bae is pleased to welcome children over the age of 12 years.
We operate a guaranteed reservation service, requiring a major credit or debit card to secure a room. The card will not be debited until your stay is over except in the event of late cancellation or no-show.
We require a minimum of three full working days notice prior to the scheduled date of arrival to amend or cancel a guaranteed reservation,otherwise the full cost of the first nights stay will be charged. For group bookings a deposit equalling the cost of the first nights stay is required.
The minimum cancellation or amendment period for the group bookings is seven days.
Reservations are guaranteed until 7pm on the date of arrival unless a later check in has previously been agreed; after 7pm we reserve the right to release rooms for re-sale and the cancellation fee will be charged.
PLEASE NOTE: Dog owners are fully responsible for the actions of their dogs and the repair of any damage to the fabric of the hotel caused by their dog whilst staying at the Can-Y-Bae. Dogs, however well behaved, may not be left unattended in any part of Can-Y-Bae at any time.
There are 5 steps (with handrail & non-slip surface) to the front door from pavement level. There are 14 steps (with handrail) to the dining room from the ground floor. (No lift access).
